Frank Torre

CEO, Signal Restoration

Frank Torre currently serves as chairman and CEO of Signal Restoration Services, a general contracting company in Troy, MI specializing in property loss mitigation. Founded in 1972 and acquired by Frank Torre in 2012, the company has restored properties in Michigan and across the country. In the wake of Hurricane Sandy in 2012, the company deployed 500 emergency workers to aid the cleanup and restoration of three of New York City’s critical hospitals.

Prior to his joint acquisition of PuroClean in 2015 and Signal Restoration Services in 2012, Mr. Torre was the Founder and CEO of Torre and Bruglio, Inc., one of the largest commercial landscape architecture and construction services firms in North America.

Outside of his role as Co-CEO of Signal Restoration Services and Vice-Chairman of PuroClean, Mr. Torre serves on the Executive Board of the Dallas based Tenet Healthcare Systems. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Detroit Medical Center’s Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM), a non-profit organization dedicated to rehabilitating individuals with life-altering disabilities and injuries through research, education, and community programs. Mr. Torre’s support for RIM has enabled it to advance medical research and develop cutting edge treatments that improve the health of those with disabilities.

His commitment to excellence as well as his dedication to professionalism has earned Mr. Torre an impressive array of Industry Awards and Honors. He was recognized as one of the most powerful business leaders in Metro Detroit and received the International Institute of Metropolitan Detroit’s Heritage Hall of Fame Award. Mr. Torre was also appointed by the Governor of the State of Michigan to serve on the prestigious Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Board.

Frank Torre is also actively involved with several charities and educational programs which reflect his deep ties to community. He serves as the Chairman of Boys Hope and Girls Hope of Detroit, a non-profit organization which helps underprivileged youth with scholarship and education, where his fundraising initiatives have contributed over $5 million dollars to directly support the organization’s initiatives.
